Meet the Therapist

Hi, I'm Stephen Breen and I live in Glasgow with my wife and two sons. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and my aim is to help those suffering from low self-esteem. 

Do you negatively judge yourself? Do you find it difficult to be assertive? Do you go along with what others want meaning your own needs are not fulfilled?  If so, you may be suffering with low self-esteem.

I have struggled with low self-esteem, so I understand how difficult it is and the negative effect it can have on day to day life. It can lead to other disorders such as depression and anxiety. 

CBT therapy can transform your view of yourself, others and the world to enable you to become much more confident in your view of yourself.

I have helped clients transform themselves which led to them ending therapy feeling much happier. 

As well as low self-esteem, I also help treat depression, and anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD and generalised anxiety.
